Jordan Rodriguez

Employment Service

About Jordan
Growing up, Jordan never knew exactly what he wanted to do for a long term career, just that he knew he wanted to help people. When Jordan began working here at RSC as a Direct Support Professional, he was simply in pursuit of a full-time job with benefits. After a couple of weeks of working here however he quickly realized that this job had become much more than that, it had become his passion. After almost 3 years as a dedicated DSP, Jordan decided to apply for the Employment Specialist position. He has now been the ES at Ravalli Services for 2 ½ years and still loves his job as much as he did when he started. This career has taught him incredible life lessons and given him some of the best memories he has. Outside of his work here at RSC Jordan enjoys hanging out with his family and watching his little nephews. He also loves to go hiking, skateboarding, mountain biking, shooting billiards, and meditating.
