Ravalli Services – What We Do
Ravalli Services Corporation is a non-profit organization helping individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities find inclusion and integration within their communities. We are based out of Hamilton, Montana located in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley of western Montana.
Group Home Care
Ravalli Services provides residential living arrangements to individuals served through our 4 Group Home sites. Each site provides a communal setting of 4-8 individuals residing in the home together. Services within our homes include around the clock care from our Direct Support Professionals who provide assistance with cleaning, meal preparation, medication management, medical appointment management, transportation, community outings, personal hygiene, dietary management, and much more.
Supported Living
Ravalli Services offers supported living services to those individuals in need of a more independent environment. Each setting consists of 1-2 individuals living in their own home. Services within a supported living site include part time assistance from one of our Direct Support Professionals with cleaning, meal preparation, medication management, medical appointment management, transportation, community outings, minimal personal hygiene aide, dietary focus (if necessary), and much more.
Work Services (WAC)
In-house vocational training that serves as many as twenty five individuals. These services are provided at four locations in Hamilton: Intake, Processing, Ravalli Services Thrift store, and at the Ravalli Services main office. Individuals served have the opportunity to work 1-6 hours a day cleaning, sorting, inspecting, tagging, and organizing items/products in a retail environment while also performing sales and customer service tasks. In addition to retail activities, some individuals learn and practice office and computer skills with assistance from our Direct Support Professionals at the main office site.
Day Services (DAC)
Our Day Activities Center serves as many as twenty individuals, all of whom are involved in a variety of activities aimed at promoting participation and inclusion. Some of our fun activities include, but are not limited to: Creating arts and crafts, volunteering in the community, participating in recreational activities such as yoga, dance, and walks on one of the numerous scenic trails here in the Bitterroot, and taking day excursions to Missoula as well as to local events such as Hamilton’s own “Music in the Park.”
